bedroom no 203 was extremely noisy at night due to the laundry running

was pleasant and well- equipped with good tv and free wifi

the bar downstairs was a lovely place to relax and the location was perfect for us

we also enjoyed breakfast in the morning

lovely room, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were as always incredibly helpful and

not get a booking at the michelin star restaurant nor was there any laundry services

english breakfast was not included in the stay, our room was dark and looked upon by working gym, people on

wonderful reception staff who led us to our room, we had room service too & again staff were fantastic & the

spa facilities and treatment was wonderful

second night i had room service, again excellent quality food delivered promptly

not long after arriving we were a bit hungry but didn t need a big meal, and as the room service choice was

the rest of the hotel was in a very poor state, plaster hanging off walls, dirty laundry left in piles in the

accommodated our early check in request and was friendly and efficient
