i loved the fact of how spacious our room was, the kids had space to be kids and werent cramped

and should you wish you would never have to leave your room as the hotel provides full 24 hour room service menu

upgrade to cooked breakfast, as included was sufficient for us

hotel feels very special and elegant, enjoyed the stay and the free room service was

was in the first floor next to the laundry room so kept awake most of the night and also they didn t have room

our room was next to the gym and we were awoken by somebody running on a treadmill at 7am

a 10 fee to extend check out by an hour. no salt and pepper on the room service tray.

i can think of other than better wifi, for some reason it was really slow which made working difficult

was rubbish bags, glasses, and dirty laundry left outside of some of the rooms as you walked down corridors to

customer service was poor, dirty laundry outside my door and glasses and bottles at 5pm in evening, damp smell

bags of laundry left in corridors had to manouver husbands wheel chair over them

in the car park with smashed windows, no milk in the room, shower intermittent pressure, dirty laundry bags

to top it off, the free wifi had good speeds, and made me able to still work from my phone while staying here

they left a carrier bag in the room for us to use for our personal laundry, which i thought was a nice considerate

bedroom, scruffy laundry room, unprofessional reception desk, lack of refreshments in room, no communal water

very convenient for the albert docks and i was leaving on a cruise ship from there also liked late check out

and accomdating requested early check in with them few weeks ago for sons graduation same day we arrived and

breakfast was basic and fine but expensive for what it was

i also appreciated the room service team for their prompt service and attention to detail

the kitchen quickly rectified this and didn t charge me for the mistake

hotel as it was a short one night stay but next time i ll try the bar (looks very inviting) and room service

gym could have being better equipped - adding in some more handles for the cable machines would be

throughout the stay the staff were attentive advised about a late check out

it is just that while we had kids our view was a gentleman's club and this was a little noisy at time
