were told you'll get free wifi when in your room but couldn't work out where the password was anywhere therefore

earlier than expected for a festival i tried my luck with the young man at the front desk for an early check in

it was a bit difficult getting around with kids and bags

i think breakfast should be included and free for kids

they were not very prompt at bringing drinks over or collecting food when the kitchen called service

the noise the bed the room service meal we had was cold

friendly (and very helpful when i had an emergency of the female type), good value for money, room service and

attentive but discreet room service including disposing of your recycling

busy as there was a wedding and a birthday celebration requested a hot chocolate from room service and they

we had a lovely time with a bottle of wine and someone else to deal with the laundry

next to the laundry room which kept me up all night and the lack of power points/connectivity and especially

the hotel itself new and spotless, owners try hard. fair price. pet friendly.
