great atmosphere and wonderful service in the squadron bar with a lovely outside seating area

from reading kids very hungry and my husband is diabetic could not check in to room even though after 3 pm and

knaresborough for around 9 (around 15 minute drive) but if you want to drive there is plenty of parking

we particularly appreciated the dedicated parking space and complimentary drink on arrival

my only small complaint that the wifi could be better...

in the evening (only the 6 course tasting menu was available) however we were unable to order room service snacks

the room service menu for me and my son was overpriced frozen food and we both enjoyed feeling very

one was a double room and also room was supposed to be cleaned but someones dirty laundry was left in one of

toilet facilities (both) out of order no toilets to use, when walking to room dirty laundry and empty bottles

i did ask if i need to pay for the laundry, as i'm sure that is outsourced

location was poor right next to laundry room, with piles of washing to go past to get to room plus lot of noise

we'd definitely recommend anyone to stay, especially if bringing a pet

the bar and lounge areas of the hotel were comfortable and modern and the staff extremely helpful

it s so relaxing in the bar area upstairs as well

wasn't connected to wifi and i wasn't able to set it up myself as too many whitehart wifi names came up and none

our room appeared to be above the kitchen or laundry so could hear machinery operating below..

came out of room to find the cleaner had strewn all her full, heavy laundry bags across the bedroom doorway

the laundry was efficient but the hotel provided two different price lists without explanation

spa is amazing, the monsoon showers in the spa and the rooms are amazing, to food is amazing too,

i could not get into wifi without going through facebook which i didi not want to do.

room was clean and well appointed the laundry was changed every day

wifi was a bit naff but i didn't need it so it was no problem at all

we had a few drinks later on in the night in the hotel and they were lovely but not only that the bar stays open

the service at breakfast was very poor and our order was lost n the kitchen & we waited for a very long time
