the landscaping and greenery throughout the hotel and pool area were beautiful as well

parking lots were save, because there was a door outside of the whole hotel

having the kitchen facility was great, enjoyed breakfast on the balcony

they could have directed me to the nearest laundry in town and i would have been happy to wash them myself for

the lady who does laundry/linens is a bit of a gatekeeper

the pool is also fantastic - ignore the reviews saying it's cold, it's a normal pool temperature which

would have liked the restaurant to stay open for dinner but as i had kitchen facilities it did not really matter

the restaurant was useful and the pool and hot tub were a welcome distraction for kids

needs: more pool chairs, +/- microwave, laundry services, pool bar or restaurant

breakfast was excellent, on the beach with a very pleasant view.

breakfast was perfect. fresh fruit with your choice of a few entree s an drink.

there is no a proper closet or dresser in the room and very basic kitchen tools.

even if we arrived at 10:10 the kitchen had closed and we were lucky to even get coffee

the whole staff, from ama, yose, dani and javi to the rest of the kitchen and cleaning staff are the most polite

wifi was sometimes a bit hit or miss but very good for the most part.

the kitchen also cooked up a custom meal for us with fish we d caught

the rooms are great, and the pool is perfect

we loved gathering the family together for breakfast at the restaurant before setting off for the day

i was moved from 2nd floor to 1st same style room but actually smaller with a laundry deck

location and price were great had parking which we needed. close to eveything very walkable

our favorite part was the heated pool tho

the spot is very calm and overlooks the bay from any spot you choose (in your villa, at the pool, during

centrally located. clean well appointed rooms. rooftop pool and bar is very nice.

breakfast was incredible, some of the best food we had during our entire stay was at their organic

we were able to park for free on the street and do our laundry at the hotel via a local laundry service for a

parking in front of the hotel was somewhat limited.

we had the worst room in the hotel; wedged between the laundry room and the front desk

room 102 shouldn t be used for a room as it is right next to the staff break room/ laundry/cleaning facilities

(corner stores nearby) when they say laundry will be returned tomorrow, its more like 3 days

noisy kids at the pool.some rooms can be noisy.

you could request a golf cart at any time to take you anywhere along the property

yoga, lazy river, kayaking, swimming in the ocean and laying out on the beach and by our pool

there are choices for beach or pool - family or adult - any for dining - which was always delicious

my elderly father had fallen ill and i asked for a late check out to have him rest a few hours longer before

in 2023, the pool was very cloudy and the water fountains weren't working

with a special compliment to ana our housekeeper who was meticulous, gracious and helpful, to the pool consierge

cesar and lisbeth handled our situation service at the restaurant love the fresh-made tacos for breakfast and

wifi sucked

did not work very well and although they had a sign up about reserving chairs around the pool, they did not

very big hotel. large pools, kids pool and adult only pool. bar everywhere and great service

at the bars, at breakfast, in the restaurants and the cafe, all of them were amazing

loved the yoga and fitness classes

friendly employees, great food, snack bar had a good variety, nice beach, pools were

loved every minute :) 3 pools, 9 restaurants, super king beds, 24/7 room service, cafe - what is not to love,

we ordered room service at 0006 hours and was supposed to be delivered by 0100 hours but it never arrived

i found the beds were very comfortable and room service was excellent
