no wifi in the room

quiet neighborhood with full kitchen for those who want to stay long term

wish we would have had a kitchen, must of misunderstood when i booked the room .

was told there was no kitchenettes available but people who booked after me got kitchenettes, although they

just mopping the floor and wiping the counters isn t enough in a pet friendly hotel

all staff was very kind but: i asked for towels, laundry service, crib, help with a/c, and for all it took

the pool area in the adult section had lots of available chairs daily, so there was no stress to claim

i liked that the property provided a quiet, adult only pool area

the adult pool area had all the potential in the world with a nearby bar, full sun and ample chairs, but the

the pool was beautiful. the water of beach was warm so having the pool was great

the constant loud continues noise, music, woken up by workers at pool in middle of night.

and had low water pressure and the only place we got hot water was in the shower - not in the kitchen, but it

this is a super special place whether for families with little kids or couples seeking quiet and refuge

only issue we had was with our private plunge pool

pool is great for kids, access to private beach, closeness to city center, very friendly staff.

the buffet breakfast is pricey at about $40 pp but you can order a la carte, which they don't immediately tell

is not enough staff in the pools, in the bar and the venazu restaurant for breakfast, the service is slow

we stayed here for two days and spent time at the rooftop pool and enjoying the views from our room

and the parking garage is very tight - hard to wiggle in and out of a spot

add the roof top bar and food service, with the happy and friendly staff, you ve got a great combo to enjoy

we loved alternating between the rooftop pool in the morning and walking down the beach in the afternoon,

we wanted to get our car there but there s no parking space

food, all the restaurants are simply amazing, nice kid s pool area, good evening shows, beautiful rooms, comfy

food and amenities for my kids.

i loved hitting up the 24-hr coco cafe for my coffee everyday and my husband and kids had ice cream a couple

the magic show was the best for having kids be engaged and watching every movement

the family pool was perfect for our kids who are not very confident swimmers yet

the smoking in the outdoor bar area is terrible right in front of the theater

bad smell in some areas. the pool hours could be extended.

even do the hotel has 8 restaurants, they decide it was a good idea to only open 1 for breakfast

we had the worst room in the hotel; wedged between the laundry room and the front desk

room 102 shouldn t be used for a room as it is right next to the staff break room/ laundry/cleaning facilities

(corner stores nearby) when they say laundry will be returned tomorrow, its more like 3 days

wifi could only be used in front of the reception

the free parking and the pool area was very clean
