fantastic (the car park at the spa looked busy, but it felt quiet inside) - loved the indoor pool, natural pool

i did ask if i need to pay for the laundry, as i'm sure that is outsourced

toilet facilities (both) out of order no toilets to use, when walking to room dirty laundry and empty bottles

really, however laundry carts and bags and dirty plates and glasses left in the corridor overnight is just a

when we entered our room, it smelled strongly of dampness like old laundry that had been left wet for too

even after requesting to room service they will leave sparkling water instead of still.

gym is situated outside the hotel somewhere in town although it is advertised as having a gym

staff from reception, at breakfast, room service, engineer (problem with safe) were all friendly and helpful

on staircase near room and dirty laundry lying in the corridor instead of being bagged or put into a trolley

noise from the laundry building(i think) below our room at night

but best of all the hotel is pet friendly and treat your companion with warmth and respect

a lot more milder that days gone by i still had an issue because there are no discreet rooms for pet and non

we'd definitely recommend anyone to stay, especially if bringing a pet

wifi was a bit hit and miss (mostly miss) and bed was a bit soft for us.

were put in the montpelier building next door and we were unable to connect to the white hart wifi from

our room appeared to be above the kitchen or laundry so could hear machinery operating below..

the laundry was efficient but the hotel provided two different price lists without explanation

came out of room to find the cleaner had strewn all her full, heavy laundry bags across the bedroom doorway

that the spa was closed wednesday

spa is amazing, the monsoon showers in the spa and the rooms are amazing, to food is amazing too,

jiggy but unless they were extremely in rhythm we think the hotel maybe does some of its own laundry and it was

room was comfortable, it s proximity to both the kitchen below and the laundry room next door meant that it

very friendly & efficient, leisure facilities were excellent with towels provided for use with spa and pool

we found out the pet surcharge was 50% of the room price upon leaving the hotel

our stay there were some issues that meant we couldn t order room service when we returned to the hotel late

travelled with our pet dog and the hotel ensured that there was a dog bed and bowl in the bedroom on arrival

did nit have breakfast but room service for supper was excellent

wifi didn't work for one of us but was fine for the other

wifi worked well and the location although on the main road was very convenient

breakfast was very good, with plenty of different items. food delicious and cooked for oneself.
