no laundry service even though it was advertised as such on booking.com

i've done some laundry here and that was a welcome treat for my dirty clothes

the television and wifi services could have been better.

room service brought just the amount of food i wanted, found the portions a bit too much last time,

efficient check-in, decent parking, tidy rooms with sufficient space. good value.

location on loch was beautiful. dinner was amazing. laundry facilities were appreciated.

the hotel does have a laundry self service which came in handy

were great, there was easy parking and accessibilty to points of interest was absolutely fantastic

the kitchen is filled with snacks, refreshments and ready made foods in case one prefers a night in

the selection of beers at the bar is very good as well

with anything so the only suggestion i would make would be to use the function room away from the bar for evening

staff were open and friendly to kids and dogs and went above and beyond to support their guests travel packs

room was lovely but they don t provide room service so if you are there a few nights it s nice to get dirty

parking could be a problem there is limited space in front of crosskeys i travelled with my dog and

i booked this hotel as my usual glasgow hotel rates were really expensive because of the golf open so travelling

gave us a late check out to 12 at no extra charge

45am by big a huge lorry outside the window, wheeling in towels or laundry
