the tv in the room had access to movies and the wifi was good

the room was comfortable and the breakfast superb

parking room beautiful hotel beautiful building very quiet had a very good night sleep loads of

muddy car parking

parking is also very easy (need to register at the hotel desk) - a 100% enjoyable stay

i did look at the cost of tea for room service and was shocked to see it was 5

location; spacious, lovely room with the fireplace, huge bed, large bathroom, very quiet, great service, a number

well spoken, knowledgeable and passionate about the place, we spoke to everyone from the friendly bar man to

excellent value as it included dinner and breakfast which was delicious.

the setting was stunning easy to find, great parking right outside the both the main house/ restaurant and the

bar man was super charismatic and funny

loud noise from the kitchen extractor fans was annoyingly audible in the bedroom called

i m sure room service would have had it there in an instant

weekend, had the valentines menu which was superb, but was in the same dining room as young kids

all of it really excellent pool grounds were well kept the building itself was a picture

hotel, set in stunning grounds, the facilities made it value for money beautiful pool

the spa closes at 9pm and that our luxury double room wasn t much different to a standard double

breakfast was a bit of a let down. grapefruit was not as expected

excellent breakfast and superb dinner the pool and jacuzzi with a view attractive lounge, bar and terrace

i didn t like the prepayment of 10 just incase you use room service or the main bar.

as we had a two night stay, we were offered a free room service

the spa was great and good facilities lovely indoor pool, sauna and steam room, plus great outdoor pool

the breakfast was excellent

lovely for kids, great dinner, extremely cosy, really nice breakfast

facilities for kids and hidden gems (like the bear and cinema room) are so great

rooms, great facilities & grounds with lots of things to do with kids

our room was right next door to the workers' room and laundry

very minor thing i noticed is that there wasn t a laundry bag. everything else was excellent.

although the half term break the kids will be around, we had much time to ourselves for adults from 6pm time

was a shame when we ordered room service it never arrived and on checking the kitchen staff had left after taking

furthermore, the cutlery was visibly dirty, which is a pet peeve of mine

the bar and cafe were fun

pet friendly left a blanket, treats and tennis ball out for my dog

not sure what was happening in the kitchen

there were cobwebs everywhere and in the fireplace and the carpets were stained.

the rugs and sofas could do with a deep clean and there were a lot of cobwebs on lights and the fireplace,

there are lovely gardens to relax in and it s in a perfect location with the added bonus of parking on site

great location. not far from major bridge hooked me up w/ local one-day laundry service

breakfast was perfect, plenty of choice, not too much on the plate, yet plenty of opportunity to

been vacuumed, when we left the next day we fond bread under the bed - not ours as we never had room service

wifi connection was not working properly at times as room was near to lift, was affected by noise

location is perfect. quick walk to bath spa railway station and the city centre

the room service bar snacks we ordered later that evening were yummy, reasonably priced and came

wifi connection, our mobile coverage was bad

wifi for some reason could not connect with the external international vpn, which made the remote

corridors were full of cleaning trolleys and laundry baskets until at least 6pm, as well as lots of room service

the breakfast is good the wifi is reasonably responsive expensive

so friendly & professional, room & bed very comfortable, excellent breakfast

so when i added cheers for beers and pet stay options to my stay, the system didn t automatically show this

the water pressure was dreadful, as was the wifi, if that matters to you

gym was great, really unique as it's in the vaults of the building, but would be good to have wifi

in the 24 hours i stayed, the room service tray outside the room opposite was never removed so i watched the

art bar is an amazing looking area, comfortable and bar staff were lovely

plus only 6 minutes walk from bath spa

whilst we didn t use the bar or breakfast it looked great and i d happily come back

i gave it 8 instead of 9 mainly because it doesn t have a gym or pool etc which i knew anyway but that s

wifi in my room on the top floor did not work

were well stocked with treats and i really appreciate the real coffee and mini cafetiere and the kids were very

the bedding out in the middle of corridors and cupboards open looked like you in the middle of laundry and had

maybe the wifi needs looking at kept dropping in and out but wasn't really an issue for us

being in catering myself i always on habit strip the bed and organise the laundry ready for the person who

the bar shut at 11pm, we were told we could stay in the bar but had to order from the room service menu - but

quiet, bed really clean and comfortable. great cocktails. fantastic bar staff.

the room service arrangements

the pictures of a pool are actually the thermal spa nearby, which is also gorgeous and worth a visit

constant noise from a probably laundry nearby. it lasted for the whole evening and night.

when entering our room their was bags of dirty laundry in the hallway which made it feel like the staff didn

the thermae bath spa is a 5 minute walk from the hotel

disturb them to use the toilet we had leave the apartment during the night to use the one in the laundry room

the self-service laundry is available on site at no charge

guest laundry facility a wonderful bonus

guest laundry was free with everything provided; a godsend after 10days on a river cruise

private courtyard and laundry facilities were much appreciated

some waterproof sandals or slippers for the downstairs spa might save on the laundry bill.

over 1000 for two nights stay to have to pay a further 30 per head for a breakfast would discourage me from

i you do go to reception to use wifi (we all have jobs that require some authorisations sent daily) you get

breakfast, the room, the swimming pool and spa, the location - the staff were exceptional - it was luxury -

hotels can definitely think about a more reasonable self-laundry option for families

we sent out laundry that didn't come back as planned, but the staff was wonderful and very responsive about

also the information folder mentioned room service and a menu but no menu provided or instructions on how to

it smelt musky, the carpet was horrific, and the skirting was very scratched

wifi kept dropping occasionally but that might have been the weather because it seemed to affect

thought the room service breakfast was a little overpriced per person and the vegetarian offering on the

lovely room, attentive staff and great spa facilities

moreover, our room was next to the laundry room which made an awful lot of noise especially during the night

great location for the centre of bath. friendly staff, bar and breakfast

in bar for winter warmers but when asked for a hot chocolate the i assume manager said they didn t

they put on a halloween activity which kept the kids entertained
