room was lovely but they don t provide room service so if you are there a few nights it s nice to get dirty

staff were open and friendly to kids and dogs and went above and beyond to support their guests travel packs

we didnt have any kids with us but there were lots of board games and books in the bar area

in room above, bed was rock hard, in the passageway on the way to our room were about 30 bags of laundry, looked

through the corridors there were a lot of housekeeping items left lying about and a huge pile of laundry bags

and that's your lot), i had to walk through the back stairs where they openly store all the laundry bags to get

wifi was very patchy in room 1 and the bathroom was a little small in room 9 and where the toilet

there were little biscuits, hot chocolates and toiletries and the breakfast was outstanding
