had a room next to ice machine, laundry and elevator

the ice machines and half the laundry machines said out of order

they always had a sign saying they were in the laundry room (again, not that many people were there)

the hotel laundry was easy to use and the hotel has supplies you can purchase to use

really appreciated the laundry, and breakfast was good

no laundry facilities on property

it was old. i booked it for the dining room and bar and they were closed

i found a snicker bar next to air conditioner, smudges on mirror and broken tiny pieces of glass outside bathroom

breakfast bar was very nice. waffle bar, fresh orange juice.

a great time in the pool and hot tub grandkids slept great sure enjoyed the fridge and microwave in our room

absolutely needed a motel that accepted our two pets (cats) as we were traveling to a long vacation with them

this morning when i checked out, 2 housekeepers were hauling a large bin of laundry up the stairs, clearly

the breakfast was adequate and there's a laundry room which was handy.

the staff was very friendly and i liked the on-site laundry.

showed emergency exits; but it did not show how to navigate interior hallways to get to lobby & breakfast area

fact that i paid full price and was not notified that the pool is closed for a few months and no laundry on site

manager was very helpful and the pool hvac had broken just prior to our arrival

kids loved the pool

first floor entrance off the parking lot near the elevators closest to my room was accessible without a key card

breakfast very good and the pool and jacuzzi provided much needed relaxation

i had to walk around piles of laundry on the floor when i left

also appreciated the complementary bottled water and chocolates for guests

gym .. too cramped

was useless, wrong room provided, room services that was paid for were not provided nor a refund issued

enjoyed the spa and pool area

when i went down to get breakfast the employees were in the laundry room bitching up a storm about something

laundry bag missing from room but front desk gave us one. very minor issue.

i know its expensive but a little wishful thinking pool could have been a little warmer.

lobby was decorated nicely, i like that they offer free breakfast and free wifi, they have a loyalty program

and facility was beautiful, service was terrible at bar, even when slow it took 15 minutes to be acknowledged

also, i would have expected 24 hour room service for the price of the hotel

paid for a lake view, but it was more like a parking lot, pool, and tent view

hotel was very fancy but still allowed pets

the hotel was gorgeous and clean. the pool and restaurants were nice but pricey for what it was

pool could be bigger. for the number of guests you host, it's too small.

had breakfast and dinner at the rose tavern but was not to my satisfaction

issues with room bathtub, laundry wasn't working, and breakfast wasn't free

toilets, small beds, pool didn t seem real clean and the bottom of the pool was rough on feet

only retraction was laundry staff started noisy machines at 7am on a sunday

we loved the outdoor pool which overlooked the lake

we were unlucky with the weather so couldn't use the swimming pool

no balcony or activities or things for kids to do
