no laundry facilities on property

i found a snicker bar next to air conditioner, smudges on mirror and broken tiny pieces of glass outside bathroom

it was old. i booked it for the dining room and bar and they were closed

pet friendly so the next time we stay we may bring our dog along

d right off of a bar and dining area

really appreciated the laundry, and breakfast was good

the hotel laundry was easy to use and the hotel has supplies you can purchase to use

they always had a sign saying they were in the laundry room (again, not that many people were there)

if times when i went to the front desk there was no one there, just a sign saying they were doing laundry or

had a room next to ice machine, laundry and elevator

pool, mattress, breakfast were all excellent

a great time in the pool and hot tub grandkids slept great sure enjoyed the fridge and microwave in our room

breakfast time i see some working or homeless kind of people

the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the stafff was friendly, and the breakfast was good!

and bonus when you get back from concert you have a taco bell in your parking lot and a dunkin donuts for the

lots of parking

wifi wouldn't work and staff were less than helpful about it

room smelled like wet laundry, musty smell

they also had on site laundry and dry cleaning if you needed it

the pool was a little to cold

faced the parking lot so saw car lights

kids loved the inoor pool and enjoyed the lobby space to eat pizza and watch tv as a small group instead of

laundry bag missing from room but front desk gave us one. very minor issue.

when i went down to get breakfast the employees were in the laundry room bitching up a storm about something

i know its expensive but a little wishful thinking pool could have been a little warmer.

a paved parking lot would help

parking area and the staff seemed a bit cut and dry, not very friendly also not rude but very bland

couldn't get the wifi to work.

also loved the onsite laundry with detergent included

with a fully booked hotel one person working the desk and also doing the laundry

were firstly placed on the second floor, next to the laundry room, so we asked for a change to a quiet room

it was difficult to find parking

issues with room bathtub, laundry wasn't working, and breakfast wasn't free

cluttered with junk staff had no idea where things were located could not get quarters to use laundry from

i really appreciated the self service laundry

pool was out of service; staff failed to indicated that a nearby pool was available

didn't love the pillows on the bed the gym equipment was very lacking

breakfast, fire pit, pool and hot tub, staff was so sweet and kind!

kids running through the halls unattended throughout the night, the headboard had splatter marks on

the pool was closed and the breakfast wasn't the best.

i asked for an early check in and they were very accommodating

exceptionally large room. beautiful bathroom. great gym. nice staff. wonderful location

hotel was very fancy but still allowed pets

paid for a lake view, but it was more like a parking lot, pool, and tent view

the cove was delicious! the pool was nice.

the gym was clean

the food at the restaurant is expensive and portions are small for breakfast

the breakfast was wonderful and the facilities were well designed and appointed.

and drinks, lunch at the sand bar, and dinner at nolan s which is just at the entrance of the parking lot

breakfast was just ok

the fitness center was a bit small and somewhat limited, especially with only a single bench

only retraction was laundry staff started noisy machines at 7am on a sunday

no balcony or activities or things for kids to do

bed comfy as were pillows and a/c as well as wifi

awesome facilities - outdoor pool, garden

the bar and restaurant were great and the rooms spacious and apartment-like

in the room, comfortabke bed , quiet, pleasant surroundings, nice exercise area and outdoor pool, laundry, decent

the gym has a good mixture of equipment and the laundry facilities are very useful (bring quarters as reception

wasn't to bad besides the hallway to get to the laundry which i understand is under construction but it smelled

laundry facilities were handy, very nice free breakfast

pool was nice and clean my first day, but they didn t vacuum or skim the pool until my last day
