we had interconnecting rooms which worked brilliantly with the kids and gave us so much space

hotel is frankly depressing, with wallpaper peeling off the wall and having to pass through dirty laundry

the only other issue was that the hotel bar had apparently run out of sauvignon blanc and the person who served

one of our party had a problem with her tv/wifi signal which she mentioned several times to staff and it was

there is a stench of damp as you walk in - realistically this is because of bags of laundry left at the foot

especially the 5am woke up call from the laundry lorry crashing around outside the window for an hour

i'm not sure if it's the hotel laundry room but there was what sounded like a tumble drier next to my head that

wet and had sticky slippery floors and was quite smelly as staff use them to transport bins and laundry

the kids loved the pool and i loved the sauna

the other night woke us up throwing a some kind of shipment--like a large round laundry packs--at 4 in the

cleaners were in the hallways hoovering, but the room had dirty laundry

was an excellent host, really enjoyed his company in the hotel bar , very friendly and welcoming staff

accommodated for our pet without any problems

were very busy at breakfast time, so our breakfast took a while to be delivered from room

due to covid we had breakfast room service included in the price which was an added extra
