woken up by laundry collection. not enough shower gel/shampoo.

laundry truck at 6am was noisy and woke us up

shower excellent, wifi really good

staff, clean room, good hot food at a reasonable price, prompt and efficient room service, convenient location

the room was lovely, fab breakfast, free parking

smell in the room and noisy as room was above the bar area.

the old setting with fireplaces and log fires

how cosy it makes you feel. the waiting room with the fireplace is the best one :)
