the beds were really comfy and the bar and restaurant lovely. the staff were great too.

we found dirty laundry from the previous occupant under the chair indicating not effectively cleaned

noisy water feature outside apartment and no kitchen equipment so couldn't use the appliances.

kitchen could be better equipped, pans, cutlery, bottle opener etc, but it was fine for a one night

good location with free parking.

the period fireplace was full of dust and debris

reception and the outside door to room 12 unfortunately closely passes the parking space for the laundry collection

floor annexe side door means you walk past the kitchens and laundry area - the smell and decor are not always

it's a more traditional and smaller hotel so be weary that the room service finishes when the chef finishes

pet friendly as i arrived with my new little puppy and the staff were all very helpful in arranging

when walking to my room around 5pm in the evening the corridors were full of laundry / dirty food and the place

didn't look like they'd been hoovered for week, laundry and laundry cages left in the hall ways

the gym . shame the pool not up and running but i understand its under renovation
