neighbouring restaurant didn't open until 9am, so i had to go off-site to get a full breakfast (but not the

had a room right next to the laundry room or some kind of maintenance room it was noisy all night, feel like

room wasn t ready beds were not made dirty laundry on the floor and a large bag of rubbish in the

new towels were immediately brought up to my room but it made me suspicious of how detailed thier laundry is

the big problem we encountered was not being able to get to the roof top bar ,you hat to pre-book this which is

there's nothing to fault at all apart from the kids said the pull out sofa bed was not comfortable and you

we also noticed when we were leaving that the laundry room was washing sheets bearing in mind the hotel had no

member of staff was helpful and cheerful though, even non public facing members met in lift with laundry for

checking in staff indifferent, waiting for a lift(they are small), staff went in with an empty laundry trolley

found several items missing, such as the safe, iron and laundry requests

also, the door to the laundry room on floor four where i was staying was frequently open, again showing large

very hot in the room. extras like room snacks, drinks and laundry services are very expensive.

the wifi wasn't working, however there is so much to do it wasn't really an issue.

just the fact that the gym was not onsite - but we did have use of tge vermont hotel gym.

oh thing i'd have to say to be a let down, would be no swimming pool or gymnasium facilities

was in a good location, the staff were fantastic, as i was staying for two weeks they had a laundry service ,

walk down to rooms from reception past the laundry and kitchen isn't very nice and quite a few smells of cooking

was quite a lot of noise from some sort of kitchen/laundry area in the late evening and in the morning

shower was poor the noise of the central heating was unacceptable, it was like living in a laundry at
