good to have a late check out and breakfast until 11am and being able to leave your car in the hotel car park

the wifi didn't seem to work on my computer

was clean i asked for an early check in and it was ready for me half an hour early

the gym was always clean and offered complementary water and towels

the gym was basic and both treadmills were not working during my stay

on the monday morning, the cooked english breakfast was superb, the thick yoghurt perfect the staff were marvellous throughout

service could have been better and information could have been shared about accessing the spa facilities when we booked in

staff ensured we could get an early check in, even moving our booking to our room that was already cleaned, and to one with twin

clean, well organised , staff were pleasant and helpful room was always cleaned and tidied room service availabilty if needed

fault tbh, if there is anything i wish the check in was earlier and maybe an option to pay for late check

no kids menu in the restaurant

we drank in the bar (saddles) both nights after returning from stratford and aj the barman did an excellent job of (+) the bar was lovely and loved the theme of it (+) 24hour bar service (+) good bar and food was brilliant (-)nothing.,,, although a lounge bar will really elevate it and encourage us to stay on site more (+) the rooms were lovely, clean and the bar and restaurant were quirky

family suite was enormous and perfect for the kids and us

this meant that it was difficult for the kids to sleep once sunrise hit

late check out was a nice feature

we arrived early just making sure we had the right location but was offered an early check in which was really

wifi signal was a bit poor at times which was only a minor issue as far as i am concerned.

parking can be cramped and limited at times.

it was very good value. it was clean, warm, had parking, had wifi, hot water was plentiful

we were able to get a late check out for 10 to extend our stay to midday

it says 24 hour room service on the website but when we asked for something past 11pm they did not have any of the

room service and hospatility

staff are incredibly helpful- late check out, organising surprise for my dads birthday- it was great

the parking situation isn't great, but was a very minor issue

also if you like a little lively conversation at breakfast or dinner

beautiful cottage, very clean and quiet. the cocktails in the bar were divine!

breakfast was very good from the fresh fruit to the cooked to order breakfast

house, had a very warm atmosphere the bar staff are very friendly, hockley house didn't have lots of staff

in really smooth; impressed by grounds, parking and decor inside the hotel; extremely clean; bar staff and breakfast staff absolutely excellent and the breakfast was superb

perfect location, great value for money, use of gym and pool

property was comfortable and clean did not get time to use pool and bar etc was closed as a weekend so cannot rate them

we didn’t use the pool or gym , but it was nice to have those facilities available
