staff are incredibly helpful- late check out, organising surprise for my dads birthday- it was great

beautiful old cotswolds building with wonderful gardens at the rear leading to the spa and parking area

bar staff in the cocktail area kept disappearing when we wanted a drink, so we missed last orders

just the breakfast room and breakfast itself was a special experience

hotel happily accommodated all my requests of preferring a bath and needing an early check in and late check out which i was very grateful for

breakfast was great and they even cooked a sausage for our dog and made our toddler a babycino at

a coffee machine at breakfast rather than waiter served filter coffee

the food was scrumptious and the vibe of the restaurant and bar area was friendly and welcoming

fault tbh, if there is anything i wish the check in was earlier and maybe an option to pay for late check

this meant that it was difficult for the kids to sleep once sunrise hit

family suite was enormous and perfect for the kids and us

no real outside area for kids to let off
