i was particularly impressed by the ease with which i was able to get a late check out, to 7

club lounge was great - staff member fantastic and at reception we were offered a free late check out due to our flight times having changed due to the situation in the middle east

he was most concerned and offered a late check out as well

unfortunately by the time i was shown a third room it was extremely late and i had to settle on a room that i felt was the best the hotel could offer
