couldn t get the phone to work in the room, so when i called from my mobile to order room service, i got put through to the restaurant

the water in swimming pool is too warm ( i feel it's above 32 degc) to swim

they also allowed us early check in as my son was a little ill

i was lucky but parking at the hotel is very limited, though well organised.

a fire alarm due to some issue in the breakfast room but we can't blame the property

coffee machine and snacks llittle blue guide book was a great help for explanations, facilities, room service, etc rooms are good a size and clean, and beds are comfortable

the staff were so accommodating with an early check in after a very long flight

on the edge of epsom down's racecourse and golf course

gym and sauna needs improvement as it used by the golf club as well ,

very helpful, storing bags and golf clubs and calling taxi for us.

were no mushrooms on the breakfast buffet and one morning there were a couple of uncontrollable kids running around at breakfast time
