the kids absolutely loved the indoor pool, which added extra fun to our stay

(+) the hotel itself is fantastic, really great amenities including a gym and pool (-) receptionist was not very friendly, didn t explain locations of the spa/gym area had to ask (+) the gym and indoor pool were both nice and full of light (+) gym and pool was nice as well (-)the gym and pool were open later/earlier and the room was a bit small but otherwise no issues (+) nice, basic pool, not one to lay around, but nice to have a little dip, gym looked nice

no problems finding a parking space. good view from the room.

but as a light would prefer first floor rather than basement due to the location of the laundry room

check out was super easier and they gave us a ticket so we didn't have to pay for parking on the way out

on the edge of epsom down's racecourse and golf course

gym and sauna needs improvement as it used by the golf club as well ,

very helpful, storing bags and golf clubs and calling taxi for us.

only thing we would change is a better option for kids sleeping

the kids had their own beds and there was enough space for us

not a lot. carpets were worn but hotel is on a golf course with players walking through.
