we were celebrating my daughters 14th birthday and miss betty made sure our room had the best wifi (essential to teens) our room was immaculate and cozy (-)wifi was slow and didn t like staff knocking on door at 935am wanting us to leave. (-)wifi service was very poor (-)the wifi sucks! (-) the best wifi connection around (-)wifi wouldn t work on the 17th floor, was told because of location of satellites or something on (-)the wifi parking fee luggage cart tire was flat. people smoking on balcony (-)balcony was very small, wifi sucks, over priced (+) wifi was good

warmer pool area

restaurant were nice, but the tables were too close together, the seating on the side of the bar was a tight fit and i wouldn't order the pizza again, crust was too chewy, not like any other

don't like the parking is way too far and i didn't understand why kids were in the pool area without an

indoor swimming pool.

facility- everything looks new rooms are spacious and beds so comfy- fitness center top notch

we loved the bar and view of the river.

only thing i didn't like was the fact that i didn't have time to go to the pool and swim

the main reason we booked this specific hotel was because they had an outdoor pool

night desk clerk lied about the unavailability of 24/7 airport shuttle when i arrived at airport at 1am
