loved the little extras and hot chocolate/sweets for the kids, very thoughtful and great value for money

i had read about that in a previous review and brought a sound machine with us so that my kids could sleep

room was immaculate and had so many added extras including some sweets on the beds for the kids

the bath water was fine and my kids could take baths, but neither my husband or i were able to shower because

very helpful on our arrival, i found it hard at 65 with suit case etc, not being able to leave kids alone,

go out their way to make it a memorable experience and the spa facilities are the best i ve

hotel is stunning the room was huge and spotless and very comfortable we used the spa which was also top class

the spa is so relaxing, and the recently added heated outdoor infinity pool is unbelievable on a cold night

niggle -- but the underground access to the spa at the hotel end deserves a lift rather than the stairs
