very helpful on our arrival, i found it hard at 65 with suit case etc, not being able to leave kids alone,

loved the little extras and hot chocolate/sweets for the kids, very thoughtful and great value for money

mattresses were too soft and springy, a bit like a kids trampoline no lifts

i had to leave it behind for said kids and dogs

this hotel now for many years either as a family or just as a couple gettn away from the kids

we all (2 adults and 2 kids) tried the pool in the morning and enjoyed a lot

of the spa facilities wasn't available, however this was clearly explained by a lovely member of staff
