hotels fault but last time we stayed we couldn t relax in pool as there loads of noisy kids

hotel, good breakfast, and swimming pool and sauna with gym were all free for us and kids really had a great

noisy kids next door...

as a family with kids, we wanted a castle stay on our trip and this one was just awesome

i also had room service from the menu and the portions wasnt that big

the rooms were comfortable - parking was easy to access and the service was attentive

with my adult son, who has a learning disability - he is prone to anxiety, but the staff in the bar and restaurant

room was far to small my kids are fantastic at swimming yet we had to be in the pool with them at all times

pool was blocked off in lanes and left little space for kids to play in as if you were not medium pace or fast

kids coughing while we were having lunch had to move seats ..

the hotel was perfect for kids & the room had plenty of space

the big pool was an added bonus to keep the kids happy

so it's hard to get kids washed without getting soaked yourself

and go out and pay for breakfast elsewhere, not what you want on a sunday morning with two kids in tow

there is no lift ,difficult to reach 2nd floor with luggage and small kids
