all the little things provided like tea, coffee, laundry facilities, wifi made a real difference

the staff was attentive and accommodated our request for early check in which we appreciated considering our journey was over 18 hours

$30 urban fee is basically for breakfast each day, i never used the gym

a free laundry for guests, flavoured water and ice on tap etc

staff was great, and there were lots of fun things to do for the kids
