took over jacuzzi, used up all of the towels in the pool area, allowied their kids to throw jacuzzi water into pool, vaped inside jacuzzi with children

new bar was great and i loved the little sundries store.

that the gym was closed so early

gym had free weights and not just machines

wasn't very helpful, i requested for early check in one month in advance and than on the day of the arrival

the gym actually has fruits, something i did not expect

didn't use any of the other facilities or amenities offered like the gym etc as we were just staying overnight

accomadated us for 2 beds, high floor and late check out

the location was great for my kids.

allowed us a late check out without hesitation or charge

my wife and kids, 11 and 9yrs, were happy with staying there

elevator broke and i had to haul my kids in the stroller down the stairs

were thin and can hear kids in next room also heard lots of footsteps in from the penthouse in room above

the hotel is clean, looks nice and fresh, the gym is small but enough to keep your body active when you are away from home and your normal

room service food was delicious

a heated pool would be nice. the kids were bummed they couldn't go swimming.

reception and room service seem to be understaffed

wifi was good in the lobby but low-powered in the room, necessitating the rather expensive daily

they have a laundry room which is so handy and there are lots of restaurants and bars around

it's a mix or the laundry detergent, the cleaning solutions and what i'm guessing is some sort of deodorizer

also they had a laundry facility and the price is reasonable

also, there is a daycare right next door so you wake up to the sound of little kids

the allowed me to park my big truck in their temporary parking overnight, since i arrived

air temperature in the pool and exercise area was far too low to be comfortable

there are no breakfast or gym facilities but there are heaps of options nearby

golden gate bridge ud83cudf09 i would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, they have a bar inside this hotel and just at the side of hotel there’s a lovely irish bar ☘️ and

need for keys (was useful since many of us arrived at different times), literally connected to a bar (couldn’t hear anything from our

only issue was that on one side of the hotel was close to a bar however on the other side hotel was close to the street and on a couple of mornings the street

second floor is really noisy due to the bar being right below it
