my kids especially loved the beautiful pool and spa area and we adults loved reading about the history of the hotel and walking around taking in

the woman who maintains the pool area was so welcoming and kind

i went with two hyperactive twin boys, and though not an ideal hotel for kids in most ways, the staff was very patient and accommodating with them

it's a bit noisy from the bar below but it is a central location in the theatre district so not surprising

only issue was that on one side of the hotel was close to a bar however on the other side hotel was close to the street and on a couple of mornings the street

patty at the desk was super helpful and sorted out an early check in for me, booked me a taxi fir the airport and held onto my luggage until i had to
