unfortunately, the weather prevented us from using it and the pool facilities

i was able to get an early check in and the pool was very nice

out of the tub even with the curtain closed, causing a potential slip hazard, pancake maker at breakfast kept requiring maintenance to reload and

staff was courteous, friendly and very pleased to help especially during the breakfast hours

facilities, excellent gym, pool and a filling breakfast with many options

and wifi would disconnect everytime the phone was closed, all the procces had to be done again

the hotel was lovely, well maintained, good wifi

my wife and kids, 11 and 9yrs, were happy with staying there

2 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room and a full wrap around balcony over looking the wharf and more

we will be back with the kids next time

kids loved everything about this location as well as ourselves

bar not open due to coronavirus which is understandable, safety first

on the first floor, which was good except for the very noisy family above me

all the little things provided like tea, coffee, laundry facilities, wifi made a real difference

location is just excellent and we enjoyed very much the italian restaurant and bar below the hotel

the laundry is good much quicker than a lot of previous experiences we have had

little extras like twizzlers and other candy at the beverage bar in the afternoon, biscoff cookies in the morning, small boxes of raisins and mints in the room

also, a very convenient laundry/snack/tea room open all hours

late check out was given with out haste

also i love that there is parking that lets me not focus on tickets and moving my

free parking which is a positive since the rest of the hotels in the area charge for parking

it was central with safe parking, rooms were big and very clean and comfortable

close to ocean bar downstairs of room , next door, was exceedingly noisy

i thought there would be like hand soap dispenser or small bottle but it was just the bar soaps which i thought was kinda weird

true to the area and it’s unique charm and the staff were super kind and accommodating for an early check in

easy to meet new people, live music in the bar in the ground floor

tried to eat something and just chill but my room mates were sleeping so my option was to find a bar or sit on the street (it was cold) to do it

the theme for the hotel is excellent, the lobby is a bar / stage

no laundry room indoors.
