the hacienda's hotel is surely the best pool i've ever swam in

said there was wifi in bedrooms but this didn't seem to be the case in all rooms

we did not feel welcome upon early arrival - no air conditioning in rooms - wifi signal is very weak or non

the breakfast is also really good and all the services they offer (laundry, ironing, etc) are very useful
