breakfast was pretty good but scrambled eggs were tiring after a few days

the hot food at the free breakfast could have been a bit tastier.

plus: bacon, sausage included with breakfast

complimentary breakfast was adequate. kitchen area was clean.

the entrance and extra parking for visitors was a bit confusing

parking was simple

location is across the street from where i am working and parking is included in the rate, saving me $12 a day

the laundry room was clean and functioned very well

at least there was lots of free parking across the street in the parking garage

service, pool, bed was compfortable

i used the gym which is ok and the swimming pool, a little chilly

the staff members were sitting at the end of a bar and didn't even bother to come over to our table, instead they just shouted across the room

hotel bar was understaffed

too bad but the pool could be a little hotter, it was too cold for us

breakfast wasn't offered due to covid, i also had to check out early due to personal reasons

did not get a breakfast i went out to the riverside ark for the day

breakfast was great and lady in kitchen hostess very friendly

kitchen area is disorganized eg

in gym was old and seat didn’t move up and down

the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with particularly tasty coffee and muffins

easy access. good parking. great location. close to lots of restaurants

motels are my first choice when staying with young kids.

there were rusty pipes and unclean rugs in the hallway. i had no room for parking near my room.

smoking patrons threw their butts in the parking area.

fresh salad fruit that’s a plus including,walnuts,cranberries / yogurt cleanness , functional kitchen and toilet/bathroom

the pool was clean and warm and the breakfast was great (with a little mini-golf for the kids while you sip your coffee)

one of the waiter was not friendly for kids

noticeable shortness of kitchen staff to properly refill as food/beverage items lessened

location and that it had a pool

beautiful room; breakfast included. loved this hotel and great location.

the pool and hot tub could have been a little warmer.

the amenities in the room (little kitchen area), although not used were nice to be available

the location is great and the wifi actually was good this time. the privacy was excellent.

and staff was great, the hallways was nasty with empty food boxes,dirty carpet,loud noises kids running all over

the staff was very friendly and helpful, plenty of parking, excellent high-speed internet

i love the fact that the hotel had a bar and a restaurant

to be very busy with young families seemingly there for a hockey tournament perhaps, room quiet, breakfast offered generous

good to have a gym, swimming pool and business centre

simple but good breakfast. combiner location to food and liquor.

the staff was great. i loved the morning breakfast bags they offer as we had to rush out.

pool not open due to virus. did not know till arriving. disappointed.
