the pool wasn't open

the kids were hoping the pool was open, but we understand why it wasn t

cleanliness of pool and fitness centre shower, soap in shower (pool/fitness centre).

the breakfast compared to other hotels in the area is far better than the cookie cutter continental

if that weren't enough, i had an excellent breakfast, with a late check out and they even clean the snow off

there is quite a bit of parking too which was a bonus

trying to find a parking spot was a problem. cold water tap in the room didn't work properly.

not enough parking and could have opened spots closer to ski hill for skiers or families with young children

the pasta and the fries i ordered for dinner through room service were not very good

maybe to create different prices for under 5-6 years old kids

the breakfast had variety and the pool, although small, was warm and cozy

breakfast was lovely. decor was nice.

we had some issues with the wifi, which i haven't experienced on previous visits to this hotel.

was very grateful for the early check in.

a swimming pool?

the location of the hotel was very convenient and the lit up parking lot and hotel locked doors at night felt

of the parking lot was graved not paved not a big deal but, dust from the grave on the vehicles is

wifi only worked for the first day :(

breakfast was great

we chose this hotel as it was pet friendly. too expensive for room that we had -grubby carpet.

complimentary breakfast was adequate. kitchen area was clean.

wifi was horriblu slow

having a shoeless joe's right in the parking lot gave us a place to walk to for drinks and appetizers before

the breakfast was good. dinners were very good. staff very friendly and efficient.

and staff was great, the hallways was nasty with empty food boxes,dirty carpet,loud noises kids running all over

for me nob on the fridge is gone so everything in my fridge was frozen even my milk for my kids

hotel that i have been that does not include egg as part of breakfast especially when you have kids with

breakfast options was limited.

on the thin side, no kitchen is bare no cookwares and utensils

minor issues: no utensils or anything else in kitchen (fridge and microwave, that's it); shower a bit small with

clean, spacious enough rooms for the price. small kitchen available.

the wifi cut out every few minutes and i'd have to nudge it to get connected again

parking is huge and very close to entrance
