the walk to the breakfast room from the hotel was fine when we went due to

ev charging point handy, location is within a few miles of everything, food was cooked/ presented

vomited and the staff were so nice and helpful as i got the area cleaned up and my wife took the kids back to

have to pay a service charge for room service if you order from your room, but if you order at the bar to your

room was clean, enough space, good wifi, badhroom was nice and clean.

he worked at the bar to

room service arrived over an hour before i had scheduled it for and they forgot part of my order

breakfast was very tasty. the hotel is located next to a big supermarket which is a plus.

whilst the room was small and not to our taste (felt as though the decor was for kids) the bed was comfortable

had wifi problems connections and door should have some sort of stopper , because it makes a lots of

delay getting our twin room ready (we asked for an early check in, if possible ) but resolved half an hour before

you can easily connect your device to their large wall tvs in the room so the kids could watch netflix

wifi is a bit temperamental but used 4g instead

the wifi signal was poor with frequent disconnects and the internet speed was low too

wifi worked great, so that was a big plus

place for a night out, situated over the bar on a busy street, the room was surprisingly nice for a pub/hotel

10% discount card for the bar was a great bonus too

the hotel had interconnecting rooms which suited us perfectly with 2 small kids

the door to the storage room was left open on multiple occasions, allowing you to see the dirty laundry, which

would personally appreciate times for swimming with no children, there were quite a lot of kids in the spa and

next morning i was trying to get room service for one hour housekeeping ended up sending my request to reception

was all perfect - professional, welcoming staff, spotlessly clean, a great gym, pool and spa
