we arrived friday evening there was no allocated parking for residents and had to park 1/4 mile away

the small courtyard to the rear of the property is perfect for stays with your pet

next to brockenhurst college so parents park in car park waiting for kids and generally a bit hectic at 9 and

the spa facilities and thai restaurant were excellent

room service breakfast was very well priced - works out the same as dining in the restaurant

i'd ordered room service and it came in good time although had forgotten my drink which was dealt with promptly

the room was well appointed and wifi worked very well

the breakfast options were many and varied, and the poached

breakfast was fantastic

loved the extra touches, organic local products, honesty bar and tea and cake on arrival

made a decent stay better (things like fridges in the rooms, water and condiments provided with room service,

was comfy and staff happily helpful for addressing issues and thanks to the manager for taking room service off

the restaurant is lovely with a delicious menu including catering for kids and vegan

the hotel is very pet friendly and is in a great spot for exploring the new forest

we stayed for 2 nights but the room service wasn t great, as in topping up the tea/milk etc, generally room

everything about this hotel was lovely only little things i would say are that the wifi didn't reach our room

the fault of the hotel, but loads of under attended small kids running around

we drove to the isle of wight ferry parking lot to take the ferry over for the day which was easy and convenient

they engaged with my kids and my dog and the whole place had a real family friendly feel
