was pee’d out and it smell like old mod or dirty water then had to pay an extra $20 bucks for early check in told me wasn’t able to get my first day money back cause it was already processed

she was very kind and helpful and even got us an early check-in as we were coming in from mn and arrived earlier than we expected

it was soothing and comfortable very pleasing and breakfast was okay laundry room fantastic

loud in the morning since the room they gave me room 116 was right in front of the house keeping laundry

the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure i was able to receive and early check in

the spa in the room worked well and the layout was nice

i asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room, i wiped walls tables handles the spa and the showier

spa was quite small and none of the drains had working stoppers for the tub or the spa

was super accommodating and let me do early check in at 11am instead of 3pm with no extra charge

was able to have an early check in time and the breakfast was good
