wifi was poor

we stayed in had personality with a safari theme and bunk beds for the kids

plenty of parking and easy to get to, yet still secluded enough for a peaceful stay

breakfast was good, cereal, toast, full english

reasonable priced thai food/snacks for kids and drinks

the bar a restaurant were also first class

was great with ample parking space and even (free) ev chargers which was a bonus

in the bar was a little noisy, but we booked late and had a dog so wouldn't expect anything else

a great dining experience for evening dinner and super breakfast too

both the evening meal and breakfast were tasty with plenty of choice

the spa is wonderful with a first class outdoor jacuzzi

nice location, good spa facilities, big room, big bed.

excellent food,beautiful outside hot tub, i was disappointed with the cleanliness of the swimming pool area and the private hot tub

spa and relaxation areas superb

however i found the staff in the spa treatment area were not as pleasant and the treatment was rushed & not at all relaxing

the breakfast the following morning was amazing, plenty of choice

room was modern and liked you had an app to order room service (although we did not) (-) sugar and bottle opener in room online ordering room service didn't (+)stay - rooms well thought out and designed, outdoor bath very serene, good shower, good room service (+)lovely place to stay, very modern and clean, felt private and quiet which was great, room service/food was easy to order and tasted great (theres a useful app) (+) we ordered room service which comes from the bowling green inn which was amazing as well (+)2nd visit, food is superb, and we love the room service breakfast (+) room service was a lovely touch and the whole day/night was so relaxing the bed was extra large and (+) and thanking the staff for the room service food and drinks

looked out the window and it looked out on to a entry way and loads of bags with rubbish and laundry not a very nice

the only unfortunate side is the fact we booked a spa to relax and get away from the kids for the weekend as does 99% of adults booking a spa hotel they intend to

jack in the bar was very helpful and a very pleasant guy

we stayed on a room only basis. enjoyed the use of the pool and sauna

we slept in and missed our breakfast the

one small thing, comfy seating like armchairs in the bar area would have been perfect, but not a complaint by any

i had to queue at the bar to find my reserved dinner table, i was informed that i had to order food at the bar

a meal in the bar on arrival and it was great

the bar had also not been cleared down (half full pints and other drinks on the bar) and a wheelie bin
