restaurant closed on sunday. we had a mediocre bar snack - very little choice

staff - good rooom - bathroom had been refurbished - good breakfast with helful staff - plenty of parking and lovely lounge with fire - gets better each time i stay

the restaurant, lounge and bar area were very pleasant with a good open feeling yet still individual

excellent breakfast and the staff were very welcoming and friendly

really great place, everything was spot on, also next door to a golf course.

hotel with plentiful secure parking and a wonderful indian restaurant onsite - highly recommended

loved everything about this hotel which included the spa facilities

not all children want the usual kids menu of nuggets chips and pizza

rob at the bar was a good lad, garden was nice to relax

above, bar area and eating area were very nice, ad were the grounds - also the reservoir next to the hotel

stayed in the family room loved the jungle/safari touch to it and kids loved it

kids loved the big bear on entry and other animals scattered around the family room

breakfast was good, cereal, toast, full english

friendly staff, the lovely cleaner left treats for the kids and tucked their toys up in bed

excellent value, with free papers, breakfast included and wifi

sofa bed they set up for the kids was terrible - the mattress was the lumpiest ever so they didn’t sleep well

the location and car parking was good, it was good that there was a bar and gym on site

stayed at this hotel before and all 3 male staff 2 x reception and 1 bar were very good

only downer was that the sofa bed (for the kids) wasn’t particularly comfortable but they slept ok in the end and we asked for an extra

the restaurant and bar are exceptional for food, drinks and service whether it be breakfast or dinner

breakfast and dinner were amazing, beautiful food and throughout our whole stay the staff were so

a great dining experience for evening dinner and super breakfast too

in the bar was a little noisy, but we booked late and had a dog so wouldn't expect anything else

(the bar tender appeared young and inexperienced for the level required, therefore this may not be a

room was modern and liked you had an app to order room service (although we did not) (-) sugar and bottle opener in room online ordering room service didn't (+)stay - rooms well thought out and designed, outdoor bath very serene, good shower, good room service (+)lovely place to stay, very modern and clean, felt private and quiet which was great, room service/food was easy to order and tasted great (theres a useful app) (+) we ordered room service which comes from the bowling green inn which was amazing as well (+)2nd visit, food is superb, and we love the room service breakfast (+) room service was a lovely touch and the whole day/night was so relaxing the bed was extra large and (+) and thanking the staff for the room service food and drinks
