early check in was brilliant thank you, enabling us to park early and explore

one snag came back from castleton 10.30 and bar was closed could have done with a night cap

hosts sam and richard, and rob the bar man, were fantastic people

it was a scorching day and the hotel was able to accommodate a 2 hour early check in allowing us to freshen up before the afternoon event

the bar had also not been cleared down (half full pints and other drinks on the bar) and a wheelie bin

it seemed understaffed as it's busy at the bar and serving the amazing food, with an additional member of staff to clean around the place it

they changed the breakfast times to adapt my needs

loved the cooked breakfast, very comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

we barely get a lye in what with having 2 kids and a dog and we were looking forward to an 11am checkout

the wifi wasn't available unless you asked at reception which is very old fashioned for a city centre

felt like the bar area was being ran by immature kids

great all round hotel, room, breakfast, gym and pool were all great. would highly recommend

hotel was clean, the room sizes were big and the leisure facilities were great, the kids loved the pool and we liked the steam room

the check in process was simple with clear instructions and there is a parking space next to the boat where guests can park for free

parking is right outside the boat with a cafe only a stone throw away
