the free wifi isn t the best

staff allowed me to order room service past a certain time, which was so helpful

comfortable, welcoming, ideal location, lovely breakfast and free parking. very good value.

beautiful window dressing and good menu, staff friendly and ample secure parking

loved the atmosphere in the pub and the quirky decor of the room. wifi easy to access.

parking can be a little difficult on busy nights as people visit the pub

cosy old bar and open fires. lovely large and comfortable room and bathroom.

the staff in the bar and restaurant are brilliant so friendly

i was pleasantly surprised that the ev charger was free of charge

staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a beautiful location with plenty of parking space available

issue was when we ordered room service, we were told the chef wasn't working today

wifi could be better was not great whilst i was trying to work from

male staff on reception and also the bar staff and waiters for evening meal and breakfast were very helpful and cheerful

mean it s still same hotel but i was travelling with 2 small kids and raining on that day so i needed extra help from my friend so basically helpful to know

were very helpful and arranged an early check in for us as we were attending a wedding

some cigarette butts outside the room on the patio that could of been cleaned up first as the kids started touching

the kids love the family room with the double bed and lovely bath

spa bath did not work which was one of the main reason i had booked in this hotel, so quite a

parking was easy and the grounds very pleasant

the staff were very friendly and helpful, free wifi and parking

pleasant and quaint hotel with a great lounge and bar to relax in

instead they upgraded my room to a massive four poster bed with a larger en-suite bath with spa jets

could do with more people behind the bar when busy

ground floor room with doors onto the gardens and a short bunny hop to the bar and patio area

real ale in the bar obviously does not sell very well as the pint i had was vinegar.

staff were brilliant ,we were there for a wedding and the young boys behind the bar and the manger went above and beyond to make everyone feel

the bar had a relaxed feel to it with a friendly atmosphere

lots of free parking, good wifi and a really comfy bed

the bar could have been open later but it honestly didn t bother me!

and welcoming staff (i d arrived exhausted after an overnight flight and they quickly got me an early check in) (+) we called to ask for possibility of early check in as we been in haslemere a bit before time we planned (and was very hot on the day, (+)staff were super helpful throughout. managed early check in at 11:45 for me. wonderful room. (+) they offer early check in and early check out online which is convenient as not having to queue up

the buffet breakfast was good, we were asked how we liked our eggs so they were made to order and fresh

wifi was extremely poor

the golf course looks amazing and the access to the property

breakfast at golf clubhouse , small but well decorated rooms, comfy bed with crisp white sheets

wifi didnt seem to work

swimming pool and changing areas were very cold needs to be heated while getting changed

pool and gym were also great

very clean and extremely quiet. excellent gym facility.

the swimming pool was good, a very good idea to have two separate pools

kids bed was awful

room and the bar restaurant was cosy, would definitely stay again the staff were really friendly

plenty of parking excellent place to use as a base to explore the south downs

in the restaurant and for breakfast is a bit slow

the spa and pool, the view of the lake, the food, the room service, the smiles of the staff.

wifi was not working which was slightly inconvenient

though we were staying there and stopped our guests booking own room as it was late so said no to room service drinks to appalling

close to zero phone signal meaning no 5g internet
