hosts (paul and sarah) were wonderful, the property is beautiful, breakfast was amazing and home-cooked, and the buxton town center is a short walk away

the owners were very friendly and accommodating to our needs of early check in

the location is on the edge of town-very quiet but still not far of a walk even with kids to a good restaurant

the breakfast was also delicious

with 3 friends for a spa weekend and stayed at this bed breakfast over night x the room was lovely very spacious and the staff are amazing cudnt do enough

early check in was brilliant thank you, enabling us to park early and explore

it seemed understaffed as it's busy at the bar and serving the amazing food, with an additional member of staff to clean around the place it

hosts sam and richard, and rob the bar man, were fantastic people

finding an area to set aside as residents' lounge so it does not appear that one is taking up bar space

the bar had also not been cleared down (half full pints and other drinks on the bar) and a wheelie bin

one snag came back from castleton 10.30 and bar was closed could have done with a night cap

surroundings - clean modern buildings with excellent on site parking

a bigger pool

pool was busy as it was open for kids swimming classes at all times

sabled parking spaces) - this leads to the lack of privacy unless you close thick

very modern and pool for kids was excellent

a comfortable bar area, nicely furnished and varied tables for food

breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the best we’ve had in hotels

very accommodating as we came with a large trailer and it helped us park in secure overnight

amazing play areas for the kids and my 3year old grandson had a great time meeting new children visiting little mill and

we weren't allowed in the gym without a separate booking despite it being empty

location was nice, views were lovely, car park was large and had ev chargers.

due to them having to change from a buffet to a full breakfast menu - plus there were about 30 golfers ahead of us

gym , spa were great and good wifi throughout

parking is a bit of a hike with bags to reception maybe a ability to check in at the spa entrance

breakfast was good, cereal, toast, full english

the self-service breakfast was available from the communal kitchen which is shared between the 4 guest rooms

live music in the bar was great, but no sound could be heard in the room

they offered quite a few little bits for breakfast too in the communal kitchen
