the spa was phenomenal, and the staff was incredibly charming and helpful in every aspect

reception and most (apart from one waitress) restaurant and bar staff super helpful and attentive, peaceful surroundings but close to the town of san sebastian

we asked at the bar for some extra still water for the room and got charged €5 for two small bottles

pool didn’t work, restaurant have poor menu and quality not so good

we enjoyed the bar and restaurant attached to the hotel and appreciated the early check-in we were given

a booking of a huge group of kids (american kids with absolutely no manners) and putting them in rooms on the same floor as

great bathroom. kids loved the spanish candy at the reception.

the snack bar is very pleasant and ideal for a drink or snack any time of the day

chose this hotel because of the pool but on arrival we were told pool was closed and unavailable
