niggle was i couldn t connect to the wifi in my room but i didn t really need it desperately

from the wonderful warm bedroom, the lovely bar and restaurant all warm throughout on a cold wet january day

always friendly, rooms comfortable and well appointed, great location in the town centre and has parking available

the parking was a little bit confusing with conflicting road markings and signposting

only thing i d suggest adding to the menu is hash browns as the kids love

fact that check out was 11am and to use the pool facilities in the morning is therefore a challenge

pans included with the kitchen ,the personal hot tub was incredibly small, wifi signal was average, construction started around 7:00 am, it cost over 700 for the lavender

think this hotel would have had being a hilton, i would have also liked to of seen a menu for the room service snacks and foods that could be ordered

if you want to reduce your expenses then it would be better to do so by reducing the room service frequency

steps away from luton airport,even the kids walked, great staff( ashley was lovely checking us in after a long,delayed flight and at (+)location, we had a good view of the aeroplanes which our kids loved but at the same time it was somehow very well soundproofed and quiet (+) the breakfast in the morning (our kids loved it) was fantastic to start our stay in london before heading to the city center (+) we were travelling with two kids aged 8/6 (+) the hotel is kids friendly and with free wi-fi in all rooms (-)always kids menus never cater for celiacs, and even the chickpea lentil dhal has wheat in the sauce which (+) the room was pretty small, especially once the sofabed was out (i was sharing with my kids aged 3 and 6), but just fine for (+)round good hotel and perfect location for us, kids were very excited and it just made our holiday extra special (-)sofa-bed for the kids was ok but took a lot of the space and you could hardly move around the room with the luggage (-) the sofa mattress could have been better but was fine for kids because they don't weight much
