first the ive paid for wasn't cleaned when me n my kids was given the room key it looked as if someone was was still in the room a travelling bag was

a better bar would be beneficial to your guests

breakfast was great though it seemed to run out too quickly and there was a bit of a wait.

the staff were super friendly, and as we stayed on christmas day, they had small presents for the kids under the tree, food for the reindeer and chocolates for christmas eve

staff polite bar open late so we could have a drink when we got back to

of fruits and drinks dinner and lunch too expensive with no quality dishes lack of activities, no kids play room or lessons for guests reception and wifi was very bad for fone calls etc no

was sooo nice, went out to shaka zulu for my birthday then came back to the hotel and sat in the bar area which had very nice calming music, honestly i love it

offered free ihg membership which gave us a complementary newspaper and late check out - which we took

strict with early check in and late check out unless you re a member of their program but do offer to hold your bags
