niggle was i couldn t connect to the wifi in my room but i didn t really need it desperately

from the wonderful warm bedroom, the lovely bar and restaurant all warm throughout on a cold wet january day

always friendly, rooms comfortable and well appointed, great location in the town centre and has parking available

the parking was a little bit confusing with conflicting road markings and signposting

all was well except hot water in shower had problems ... otherwise kids and parents were happy

vs in bar area, you had news on 24 hour repeat, play something else and turn subtitles on

one staff member was very keen to charge me gbp 10 for early check in and late check out

love if you had small room with children s games , consoles or something to give kids a little bit of playtime in evening before bed

not much variety for breakfast as a vegan but i was happy with what i got

amazing; one gave my girls a drink and chocolate to perk them up and the others helped store the kids bits in the fridge and freezer

in the evening after returning, bar was still open and we could enjoy a cold beer with some folks we met there

looked messy, there was always something out of place, something unclean, and for instance the laundry was always open in front of the room we stayed and it was a mess

the staff were super friendly, and as we stayed on christmas day, they had small presents for the kids under the tree, food for the reindeer and chocolates for christmas eve
