very overwhelmed by the front desk staff and the shuttle drivers

the free shuttle was much appreciated and it leaves every half hour

the room service and maintenance team, extreme cleanliness in rooms and overall facilities (from gym, pool, laundry)

elevator was to far from the room, this didn’t allow us to use the hotel pool or gym.

pool water was a bit too cool to swim comfortably.

our room was ideal - we have a 7 month old so the kitchen facilities were needed and there was plenty of room for him to roam around
