the kids were the sweetest things and i felt awful that they were left in that situation

kids got food poison from mcdonalds next door, 3 of them ate mcchickens and got sick right away

far for the price, easy to downtown boston have a pool that my kids loved quiet rooms

saturday morning, it looked like they were short of staff attending to breakfast, but during other mornings there were no issues

i wanted more breakfast options.

in the pool was not clear and it looks like non residents people even with casual dressing has access to

was great- fresh smoothies a nice surprise after using the gym in the morning

were able to accommodate us for early check in

staff, the tater tots from the breakfast kitchen were delicious, complimentary headphones in the gym is a nice perk

i like the spacious atmosphere that has a bar and a snack area to buy food

from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the staff overseeing the breakfast

day the bar was closed so after breakfast, you couldn’t order food from the sister hotel

long stay guests by providing regular towels, trash, toilet paper, shampoo etc & a complimentary laundry card

was great, coffee and breakfast available early in the morning, large fridge and nice kitchenette

the complementary breakfast was very nice and above average for other complementary breakfast that i've seen

many of the hot breakfast selections ran out about fifty minutes before the end of breakfast and there were limited

helpful staff on front desk, excellent buffet breakfast selections, well equipt kitchen.

they were able to book us in early which was nice but when i called the day before to ask about it i was met with a not so nice

i was very pleasantly surprised to discover we had washing machines and dryers for laundry on each floor

looking at the building from the outside, it looked awful, with laundry hanging in the windows and a lot of shady looking people hanging around outside
