the only time this was a real issue was ordering room service

location great breakfast great

the location, the rooms, the beach club pool, the staff

the beach club was so beautiful, infinity pool overlooking such a beautiful beach

was no resturant or bar front recieption was was very minimal

beautiful premises with very nice views and a beautiful pool

only that i had to wall a little to the pool & beach but is good anyway

spa and reservation only restaurant fill up quickly so be sure to reserve/coordinate at time of

we also had a massage at the spa which was very good

the snack bar is fantastic

the gym was great, and the service was also excellent

breakfast was wonderful

the spa staff was not available on some afternoons because they were in training sessions

no room service available at all

we had a kitchen we couldn t use, they don t supply anything

the heated pool was very nice, away from the loud music and natural juices made to order

able to find room around the pool with few people arriving early to save a spot and not use until much later

the spa was world class, my only poitive feedback, was the food was not amazing, the breakfast fabulous

nice spa facilities great buffet breakfast friendly staff

the best, longest sandy beach, largest pool complex, gorgeous landscaping

grounds, great staff in kids club (but they charge hourly) and staff at beach and restaurants
