beds/pillows comfy across the street from the sojo spa street mall just 2 blocks up

location for my needs (i chose this facility because it's across a spa i went to)

room was huge with a spa which was great

a little out dated outside could use some touch up and bathroom cleaning deep clean the spa tubs

didn t like that i could not find a crosswalk to walk over to the spa and it s a main road you have to cross

we loved taking the bus to the nyc, it was very convenient and sojo spa is right down the street

there was hair in our spa bath so we didn t use it.

the stay was great and it was close to the spa that we visited

i was visiting sojo spa and it s a great place to stay nearby

hotel was a great location,near the sojo spa (5 min by drive) walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping

all areas were sparkling clean, smell good, omg and the location

how big was the sofa bed and they told me was a full bed but it really was a twin bed where my kids didn t

there is a reason that out of every hotel on the planet, spa valmont chose the carlyle

the jazz bar was so crowded and popular we couldn't get in!

the spa could be spruced up a bit, but all-in-all i am hard pressed to find any major fault

in the room had stains, the whole floor where the spa is smelled from cigarettes and there were some people

one of a kind venue. everything first rate as you would expect. the spa was also lovely.

and the shower had an individual temperature controller which made the shower feel like a spa session

we enjoyed the champagne bar , breakfast and proximity to bergdorf's and central park
