big room, nice pool & hot tub, spa tub in bedroom. breakfast good each day.

the 1st floor exit to the back parking lot was drenched from torrential rain

wish the spa and hot tub were up and running

two adults two children the hot tub and spa did not work

the times i got room service the food was cold and a little slimy like it had been

cameras and staff should watch these area closer and ensure that parents are watching their kids or ask them

thought there was hot free brkfst but it was not. guest laundry was in different building!

hotel doesn't have an efficient gym. hotel next door (holiday inn) had an awesome gym.

it had a kitchen there were no glasses, cups, or plates

that the spa was down for maintenance otherwise no complaints.

the spa jets did not work, but the spa was still heated.

so nice to have a couple free meals for the kids and staff is very friendly and helpful.

gym was absolutely wonderful, as was the lounge, bar, and the overall look and feel of the hotel

it s also worth noting that they have a spa onsite, although i was not able to enjoy that this time
