we were on the top floor which is very hot in the hallways (laundry is in the top floor for

they didn t do a good job cleaning it between guests and the carpet was covered in stains, crumbs, and crusty

the music from the bar downstairs was so loud the floor was shaking - i found this unacceptable as it went on

was a shared kitchen just outside my room, so people would gather there, right by my door
